Peaches and melon with prosciutto and balsamic glaze

  • 1/2 cantaloupe
  • 2 peaches
  • (1) 3 oz. package of prosciutto
  • 2 tbs. olive oil
  • 2 tbs. balsamic glaze

Preparation

Step 1

slice of cantaloupe
pit peaches
and arrange of platter
top with prosciutto
Finish with oil and glaze

Serve with ciabatta bread
