Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 avocado (large ripe, cut into chunks)
- 1 clove chopped garlic
- 1/3 cups panko (or Almond meal)
- 1 jalapeno chilies (or jalapeño pepper, minced, optional)
- 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoons pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Add all ingredients to a large bowl and toss gently.
Shape into desired size patties and grill inside or out!
