Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. Rotini macaroni
- 4 eggs, boiled and diced
- 1/3 c. onions, diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- salt
- pepper
- 1/2 about 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 T. mustard
Preparation
Step 1
Boil macaroni in salted water until tender. Add other ingredients to drained macaroni while still hot. Sprinkle with paprika if desired.
