Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb chicken breast
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp. garlic powder or minced fresh
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (drained)
Preparation
Step 1
Thinly slice chicken and brown in oil 3-5 minutes on each side until no longer pink. Remove to separate dish.
Add cream, broth, garlic, Italian seasoning, cheese to chicken pan. Wisk over medium heat until it starts to thicken. Add spinach and sun-dried tomatoes and simmer until spinach wilts. Add chicken and heat through. Serve with fettuccine noodles.
