Ingredients
- 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 3/4 cup finely chopped almonds (slightly toasted) : can us other nuts if preferred
Preparation
Step 1
Chop up chocolate pieces. Using double boiler, melt chocolate; stirring frequently. Add coconuts and 1/2 of chopped almonds and mix well. Using a teaspoon, drop clusters on wax paper or paper candy cups. Sprinkle lightly with remaining nuts, cover lightly with plastic wrap.
Makes approx. 5 dozen
