Ingredients
- 1/4 cup crushed cashews
- 2 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup diced strawberries or tropical fruit
- 2 cups blackberries, raspberries or blueberries
Preparation
Step 1
Coat a skillet with cooking spray; add cashews and stir over medium heat for 2 minutes.
Divide yogurt, graham crackers, strawberries and blackberries into thin layers among 4 martini gasses, ending with yogurt. Top with large blackberries and warm cashews.
