Pineapple Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 large cans of crushed pineapple 1 cup of sugar
  • 5 Tble Flour 1 1/2 shredded cheese
  • 1 1/2 cup buttered cracker crumbs 1/2 cup butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

Drain the pineapple, reserving ½ of the juice. Arrange the pineapple
Over the bottom of a buttered pan. Pour the reserved juice over
The pineapple. Combine the sugar, flour and mix well. Sprinkle
Over the pineapple. Sprinkle the crumbs over the top. Bake
At 350 degress for about 30 minutes.
