Step 1

In a punch bowl mix 1.5 c pear puree, 16 oz Patron Silver, 8 oz lemon juice, 6 oz elderflower liqueur, 3 oz pear and vanilla syrup and add ice. Slowly pour in 1 (750 ml) bottle Prosecco. Serve immediately and garnish with sugar coated pear slices.
