Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. chopped cranberries
- 1 c. chopped red apple
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. seeded green grapes - halved
- 1/3 c. raisins
- 1/4 c. chopped walnuts
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 (8 oz.) carton vanilla low-fat yogurt
Preparation
Step 1
Combine ingredients. Toss to coat. Cover and chill 2 hours. Stir just before serving.
Garnish with frosted cranberries and mint leaves, if desired. Serves 9.
