Ingredients
- 2 lbs. New Potatoes
- 4 tbs. butter
- 3/4 tbs. olive oil
- 1 1/4 tbs. garlic minced
- 1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. hot sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Boil potatoes until tender (about 15 min.) Heat butter and oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add the drained potatoes and cook until lightly browned. Add remaining ingredients, reduce heat and cook 2 minutes longer. Serve warm.
