Weight Watchers Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 4 tsp olive oil, extra virgin
  • 20 large uncooked shrimp
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1 tbspp cilantro chopped
  • 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Heat skillet over high heat until very hot. Lightly coat 2 tsp oil; heat until smoking. Add shrimp in single layer(break it up into 2 batches if they won't all fit) cook until golden and orange. 10 seconds to a minute on each side.
Immediately transfer to plate.
