Piece of Cake Corn Bread - Chris Abell

This is from the Dierberg's monthly magazine. Great with chili!

Ingredients

• 1 package (9oz) yellow cake mix
• 1 package (8oz) corn muffin mix
• 2 Eggs
• 1 cup Milk

Preparation

Step 1

In large bowl, stir together mixes. In medium bowl, beat together eggs and milk; add to mixes. Stir until just combined. Pour into 8-inch square pan that has been coated with no-stick cooking spray. Bake in 400 oven for 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve with spicy honey butter, if desired. Makes 10-12 servings.
