Ingredients
- 1 (4lb) Snapper or Fish
- Creole Seasoning
- 2 Sticks of Margarine
- 1 (8oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 Tsp Sugar
- 1 Tblsp of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Cup chopped onions
- 1 Cup of Chopped Celery
- 1/2 Cup of Chopped Green Bell Peppers
- 4 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1/4 Cup dry white wine
Preparation
Step 1
Season Fish inside and out and place in open baking pan. Make a sauce with margarine, tomato sauce, sugar. Worcestershire sauce and vegetables. Cook over low heat for 1 hour. Pour wine over fish, followed by the sauce. Place in 300F oven and cook for 1 hour. basting occasionally.
