Ida'sPotatoe Salad

Ingredients

• 8 Idaho Potatoes (medium size)
• 1 Tbsp mustard
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup sweet relish
• 6 hard boiled eggs, peeled
• 1 stalk celery, chopped
• salt for seasoning

Preparation

Step 1

Boil potatoes and eggs until tender,cools slightly and peel. Cut into bite size pieces. Mix dressing and pour over potatoes,eggs and chopped celery. Salt to taste and chill.
