Ingredients
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 4 cloves of sliced garlic
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1.5 pounds pork tenderloin
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk soy sauce and sugar in a medium bowl until the sugar is completely dissolved. Stir in the rest of the ingredients
Pour into a zip lock baggie along with the whole pork tenderloin
Marinade for at least 3-4 hours
Preheat the grill to medium. Remove the pork from the marinade. (Discard marinade.) Grill the whole tenderloings until cooked through.
Cut into medallions and serve
