Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten free bread crumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt
- 3 large onions, halved crosswise
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons butter
Preparation
Step 1
Mix breadcrumbs, garlic and 1/2 tsp. salt. Place onions flat side down in heavy skillet; add broth and 1 cup water, partially cover and cook over medium-high until tender, about 20 minutes. Flip, top with panko and dot with butter. Broil until golden, about 3 minutes.
