Ingredients
- 10 cups popped popcorn
- 1/4 cup (1/2-stick) salted butter
- 1 tablespoon sweet curry powder
- 1/4 cup unsweetened small flake coconut
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Put popcorn in a large bowl.
In a small saucepan, melt butter. Stir in curry powder and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Pour over popcorn and toss. Immediately add coconut and toss again. Add salt if needed.
Serve and enjoy!
