Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, about 1 pound total
- 1 can broccoli cheese soup
- 1/2 cup water or milk
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups broccoli florets
Preparation
Step 1
In skillet over medium heat, in hot margarine, cook chicken for 10 minutes or until browned on both sides. Spoon off fat. Stir in soup, water or milk and pepper. Heat to boiling. Add broccoli. Reduce heat to low. Cover; simmer for 10 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender and broccoli is done, stirring constantly. Serve immediately.
