- 1/3 C white wine
- 3 TBL butter, cubed
- black pepper
- 2 tsp chopped fresh dill

⅓ C white wine
3 TBL butter, cubed
black pepper
2 tsp chopped fresh dill
Directions
1. In small saucepan, saucer shallots in EEVO for 5 minutes.
2. Add wine and allow to reduce by half.
3. Take saucepan off heat, and whisk in butter into mixture. Add black pepper and fresh dill.
