Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic,chopped
- 2 320z containers chicken broth
- 3/4 cup dry white wine
- 2 14.5 oz cans diced tomatoes,with basil,garlic & oregano
- 1 16 oz package frozen green beans
- 1 16 oz package frozen spinach
- 1 tbsp dried parsley flakes
- 1 tbsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp dried,crushed red pepper
- 1 19 oz package frozen cheese tortellini
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion in hot oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat 4 minutes or until onion is tender. Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Stir in chicken broth,wine and tomatoes,bring to a boil. Add green beans,spinach and next 3 ingredients. Reduce heat to medium;simmer 15 min.. Add tortellini and cook 10 min. or until pasta is done.
