Step 1
In a shaker combine 1.5 oz vodka, 1 oz lime juice and 1 oz pineapple juice. Strain into copper mule mug filled with ice. Top with 3 oz ginger beer and mix. Then add 3 dashes angostura bitters and garnish with mint and pineapple slice. OR make 1 c simple syrup and add 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice. Then take tall glass and muddle 1/4 c chopped pineapple and add 3 spoonfulls simple syrup and top with ginger beer. Garnish with pineapple slice, lime wedge and pineapple leaf.
