Broccoli with Pine Nuts & Parmesan

  • 4 C broccoli florets
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 2 T toasted pine nuts
  • 1/2 t grated lemon peel
  • 1/4 t kosher salt & 1/4 t black pepper
  • 2 T grated Parmesan cheese

Step 1

Blanch broccoli florets in boiling water 4 min. Drain,

Toss remaining ingredients with olive oil and drizzle over broccoli & serve
