Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups uncooked macaroni
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 4 Tbsps. butter
- 3 cups shredded cheddar
- 1 cup milk
Preparation
Step 1
Cook macaroni until tender, drain. Mix together the flour, salt and pepper.
Spray oven safe dish with cooking spray. Put 1/2 of macaroni in dish and sprinkle with half the flour mixture. Dot with half the butter and half the cheddar cheese. Repeat the layers and pour milk over all.
Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes at 350.
Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
