- 1/4 c. fresh lime juice
- 1/4 c.honey
- 1/2 tsp. dijon mustard
- 1/4 c. oil ( EVOO or Canola or combination)
- 1/8 tsp. cumin
- dash of cayenne
- salt and pepper to taste
