Scallop and Broccoli Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 lb broccoli
  • 2 T vegetable oil
  • 1 small minced clove
  • 1 1/2 lb scallops or shrimp
  • 1/2 lb sliced mushrooms
  • 2 T soy sauce
  • 2 T sherry, white wine or water
  • 1 T cornstarch

Preparation

Step 1

Cut broccoli stems/flowers in small pieces. In skillet heat oil and add broccoli and garlic. Stir fry for 3 minutes. Add scallops and mushrooms and fry for 3 minutes. Combine the rest and stir. Add to skillet and cool until thickens.
