Southwest Style Shrimp Quesadillas

Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1/2 c Golden Dipt Southwest Style Sauce
  • 1 c Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 6 (8") flour tortillas

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 400. Combine first four ingredients in a bowl.
2. Lay 3 tortillas flat on a cookie sheet. Spread equal amounts of shrimp mixture on each tortilla, place second tortilla evenly over mixture.
3. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts. (note: if desired, garnish with extra cheese and green onion before baking) Cut into wedges and serve.
