CREAMY SAUSAGE AND TOMATO RAVIOLI

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. Italian sausage
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 package frozen ravioli (your favorite flavor)
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can Italian diced tomatoes
  • 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup half and half
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 handfuls fresh spinach, roughly chopped

Preparation

Step 1

In a large skillet brown sausage and onion until cooked and onions are tender. Add garlic, and cook for 1 minute.
Add ravioli, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, half and half, and Italian seasoning. Stir until combined. Bring to boil, cover and simmer for 5-7 minutes until ravioli is cooked.
Stir in Parmesan cheese and spinach. Cook for 2-3 minutes until spinach is wilted.
Serve immediately
