Crock Pot Ham, Green Beans and Potatoes

You can change this up to being a more veggie dish with less ham and more green beans. You can buy a thick slice of ham instead or even a ham hock.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs of fresh green beans
  • 2 lbs of ham
  • 4 baking potatoes diced
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 cup chicken or beef broth

Preparation

Step 1

Dice the ham, onion and potatoes.
Put everything in the crock pot along with 3 cups of water and season to taste with pepper.
Put on low for about six hours.
