Apricot Glazed Pork Roast

Ingredients

  • 10 1/2 ounces Chicken Broth
  • 18 ounces Apricot Preserves
  • 1 lg Onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 4 lbs. Boneless Pork Loin Roast

Preparation

Step 1

Mix broth, preserves, onion and mustard in large crockpot. Cut pork to fit and add to cooker. Cover and cook on low 8-9 hours or until done.
