Ingredients
- 10 1/2 ounces Chicken Broth
- 18 ounces Apricot Preserves
- 1 lg Onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 4 lbs. Boneless Pork Loin Roast
Preparation
Step 1
Mix broth, preserves, onion and mustard in large crockpot. Cut pork to fit and add to cooker. Cover and cook on low 8-9 hours or until done.
