Ingredients

  • 4 chicken beasts, skinless, boneless
  • 1 (16-ounce) jar salsa verde
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • garlic powder, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Coat baking dish with olive oil. Add chicken breasts. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Turn over and repeat. Cover with salsa verde.

Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes or until internal temperature registers 165Z°F. Serve over rice.
