Pan-Grilled Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 x 6-oz. salmon steaks
  • Garnish: orange rind strips

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine brown sugar and soy sauce in a zip-top plastic bag; add salmon. Chill for 2 hours. Remove salmon and discard salmon.

2. Cook salmon in a lightly greased skillet over medium-high heat for 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes with a fork.

3. Serve with Orange-Ginger Couscous.
