Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli
- 1/4 c. (1/2 stick) soft margarine
- 1 T. minced onion
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. Minute Rice
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 (8 oz. jar Cheez Whiz
- Corn Flake Crumbs
Preparation
Step 1
Bring onion and water to boil for 1 1/2 minutes. Add broccoli and cook for 3 minutes. Add rice and let stand for 15 minutes. Pour into a flat baking dish. Mix margarine, soup and Cheez Whiz. Pour over broccoli and mix well. Cover with Corn Flake Crumbs to make a crust. Bake for 30 minutes at 375°.
