Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 32 oz pkg hashbrown potaots, thawed
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 2 cans crm of potato soup
  • 8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 c parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1. mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased 9x13 in pan

2. sprinkle top with additional parm cheese

3. cover and bake 30 min at 350

4. Remove cover and bake 30 minutes longer
