Ingredients
- 32 oz pkg hashbrown potaots, thawed
- 16 oz sour cream
- 2 cans crm of potato soup
- 8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 c parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
1. mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased 9x13 in pan
2. sprinkle top with additional parm cheese
3. cover and bake 30 min at 350
4. Remove cover and bake 30 minutes longer
