Ingredients
- 1 c cottage chese
- 2 TBSP milk or butter milk
- 1/2 tsp dill
- 1/2 tsp lemmon pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
Preparation
Step 1
1. combine the ingredients and beat with an electric mixer or but through a blender
2. serve over baked or boiled potatoes
*each TBSP about 13 calories
