Low cal potato topping

Ingredients

  • 1 c cottage chese
  • 2 TBSP milk or butter milk
  • 1/2 tsp dill
  • 1/2 tsp lemmon pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt

Preparation

Step 1

1. combine the ingredients and beat with an electric mixer or but through a blender

2. serve over baked or boiled potatoes

*each TBSP about 13 calories
