Chicken Tender Manicotti

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. manicotti shells (14 shells)
  • 1 jar (30 oz.) spaghetti sauce
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 24 oz. (1 1/2 lbs.) chicken tenders, uncooked
  • 1 1/2 cups light shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook manicotti shells according to package. Spread small amount of spaghetti sauce over the bottom of a 13" x 9" baking pan. Sprinkle garlic powder on chicken. Put chicken tender into manicotti shell. Place stuffed shells in baking pan. Pour remaining sauce over shells. Sprinkle with cheese.

Cover baking pan with foil. Bake for 1 hour.
