CHICKEN BREAST (BONELESS) WITH STUFFING MIX

Ingredients

• 4 boneless chicken beasts
• 2 (10 1/4 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
• 10 oz. water
• 4 slices of Swiss cheese
• 1 (6 oz.) box seasoned stuffing mix (I use stove top)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix cream of chicken soup with water
2. Pour into 13X9X2 baking dish
3. Lay chicken breasts on top
4. Add slice of Swiss cheese on each chicken breast
5. Pour dry stuffing mix over the top, covering it completely
6. Bake covered at 350 deg. for 1 1/2 hrs.
