Ingredients
- 1 can chill with beans
- 1 can kidney or pinto beans
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 c. tomato sauce
- 1 chopped onion (approx. 1 c.)
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 6 oz. or ore of Fritos or taco chips (crushed)
Preparation
Step 1
Brown beef and onions. Add chill and beans and tomato sauce. Reserve 1 cup Fritos and 1/2 cup cheese. Add remaining Fritos and cheese. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and put Fritos around the edge. Bake 5 more minutes. Serves 6-8.
