Ingredients
- 8 Large Potatoes (12 small)(cubed)
- 1/2 Cup Mayonaise
- 4 Hard Boiled Eggs (chopped)
- 4 Pickles (sliced and diced)
- 2 Tbsp Vinegar
- 1 Onion (chopped) Optional
- 1 Green or Red Pepper (chopped) Optional
Preparation
Step 1
Boiling Potatoes accordingly. Drain and let cool. Add all the other ingredients and refrigerate.
