Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas (mashed well)
- 1 egg
- 1 heaping Tbs. of almond butter
Preparation
Step 1
Combine bananas and egg, mix well. Stir in the almond butter. You may add more than a Tbs. for a
pancake-like texture.
Melt butter in a skillet, pour batter into small cakes, brown on each side and serve warm
