Ingredients
- 1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 head lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florettes
- 1 sweet onion, sliced
- 2 c mayonnaise
- 1/3 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c sugar
Preparation
Step 1
1. In an airtight container, layer lettuce, cauliflower, onion and bacon.
2. Spread mayonnaise in a layer.
3. Top with cheese.
4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
5. Toss and serve
