Ingredients
- 1 T firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 T kosher salt
- 2 t ground black pepper
- 4-5 lb pork shoulder
- 2 c chopped yellow onion
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1/2 c white wine vinegar
- 1 c chicken broth
- 2 bay leaves
Preparation
Step 1
In sm bowl stir,together sugar, salt & pepper; rub mixture over pork.
Transfer pork to 6 qt slow cooker. Add onion & remaining ingredients.
Cover & cook on high 2 hrs. Reduce to low; cook 6 hrs. more.
