Ingredients
- 1/2 bag (16 oz.) kale greens, washed and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cloves garlic, smashed
- 2 T. olive oil
- 1/4 t. salt
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Place garlic and oil in a small bowl and let sit for 30 minutes.
Pile kale on two large baking sheets.
Toss with olive oil and make sure to coat each leaf.
Sprinkle salt and spread evenly on sheets.
Bake 5 minutes.
Using tongs, toss kale, and keep evenly distributed. Rotate the baking sheets to ensure even cooking.
Continue baking until kale turns dark and is crisp about 7-9 minutes.
Do not overcook.
