Ingredients
- 2 pounds fresh asparagus spears, cooked and drained
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 medium tomato, peeled and diced
Preparation
Step 1
Keep asparagus hot. In small saucepan, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Stir over low heat till heated through. Stir in tomato; heat through. Serve over asparagus.
