Ingredients
- 1-25 oz pkg. frozen cheese ravioli
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups frozen peas, thawed
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper
- 1/2 rd onion chopped
- 1 cup Roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 2 oz. sundried tomato, oil packed, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 5 Tbsp Italian dressing
- 4 Tbsp Romano cheese, grated
Preparation
Step 1
Cook ravioli according to package directions, set aside and keep warm. In large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add garlic and cook until lightly toasted. Add peas, bell pepper, onion, tomatoes, sundried tomatoes - sauté 3-4 minutes. In large bowl, toss together ravioli, veges, basil, and Italian dressing. Top with Romano cheese and pepper.
