Twice baked potatoes

Ingredients

  • DIRECTIONS:
  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 or 2 tbsp minced green onion
  • salt, pepper, cayenne to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream or milk
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Rub potatoes with a little vegetable oil and place on baking sheet. Bake for around 1 hour, or until the potatoes are tender. Let these cool for around 10 minutes.

Mix all ingredients and put back in potatoe. Bake 400 30 min.
