Prosciutto Wrapped Pickled Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 1 32 oz. jar pickled asparagus
  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/4 lb. thinly sliced prosciutto

Preparation

Step 1

Blot 15 -16 asparagus spears well with paper towel. In a bowl mash cream cheese until smooth. Cut prosciutto into 1 inch strips and spread cream cheese on each strip. Wrap each asparagus spear with prosciutto in a spiral fashion. Trim off any excess.
