POTATO CASSEROLE

  • 3 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1 cum grated Cheddar
  • 1 tsp thyme

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375F. Layer potatoes, onion, salt and pepper in a buttered casserole dish. Pour over whipping cream, cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes. Add cheese. Bake until melted. Let stand 10 minutes and sprinkle with thyme.
