Baked Buffalo Chicken Wings

These are baked in the oven and made with Frank's Red Hot Sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2.5 lbs. buffalo style chicken wings
  • 0.33 cup butter
  • 0.5 cup Frank's Red Hot Cayenne Pepper Sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line baking sheets with aluminum foil and lightly spray with canola oil. Place wings about an inch apart in a single layer. Bake for 1 hour, turning wings once halfway. Melt butter and whisk with hot sauce and pour over cooked wings. Serve with Blue Cheese dressing and celery sticks. Makes about 25 wings.
