Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless chicken thighs.
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/4 honey
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in a medium skillet on medium high heat. Add chicken and cook until internal temp reaches 165 Degrees. Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, honey, soy sauce and Italian seasoning. Pour over chicken and cook for a few minutes to allow the garlic to cook and sauce to reduce and thicken.
