Ingredients
- 3 lb Pork Loin ~ boneless
- 2 Garlic cloves ~ thinly sliced
- 2 TBSP Rosemary ~ fresh
- 3 TBSP Olive Oil
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350`
Make small slits in sides of meat. Put garlic & rosemary in slits.
Rub roast with olive oil.
Cook roast 1.5 to 2 hours in roasting pan.
Let stand 15 minutes before carving
